Here at Cutie Cove™, we usually agree on what looks good. But then... something happened. Our brilliant designer walked in one morning, eyes sparkling, holding what she called her “magnum opus.” A new collection of tapestries.
My first reaction? My soul left my body for a solid three seconds. I was torn between admiration and total confusion. I trust her talent completely — but what on earth was I looking at? Were they ugly-cute? Uniquely awesome? Or just... ugly? Thus began what we now call: The Great Tapestry Debate of Cutie Cove™.
Exhibit A: WHEN LIFE GIVES YOU A LEMON...
A bold, ugly-cute lemon tapestry reminding you to “eat the lemon — including the skin.” It's... motivational? Maybe. Disturbing? Definitely. But somehow, we couldn’t stop looking at it.
Exhibit B: I APPROVE OF YOUR STUPID IDEAS
A gloriously unhinged vote of confidence. This tapestry doesn't just tolerate your wild ideas—it wholeheartedly endorses them. Empowering or enabling? We're too scared to ask, but we kind of love it.
Exhibit C: WORLD PEACE RIGHT NOW IMMEDIATELY
A demand, not a request. This piece cuts through the diplomatic chatter with the impatient energy of a toddler asking for juice. It's naive, it's urgent, and it's weirdly charming in its straightforwardness.
Exhibit D: WAKE UP
A brutal alarm clock you hang on your wall. This piece grabs you by the collar and shakes you awake with its chaotic clock face and blunt insult. It's offensive, effective, and we can't think of a better way to start the day.
From the Designer’s Point of View
“It’s about breaking the rules,” she explained. “It’s conversational art — not meant to just look pretty. It should make you feel something: joy, confusion, laughter. This is for people who want personality in their decor, not perfection.”
Hearing her say that... it actually started to click. Maybe these tapestries aren’t here to fit in — they’re here to stand out.
