How long does it take to process my order?

We process all orders within 24 hours. You'll receive an email confirmation after checkout and a tracking number once your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we'll gladly help you modify or cancel it. Please contact us at support@cutiecove.store as soon as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! 🌎 We ship worldwide, mainly to North America, Europe, and Australia. Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days depending on your location.

Do I need to pay customs or import taxes?

Nope! 💖 All customs duties and taxes are fully covered by us. You only pay the amount shown at checkout — no hidden fees.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order as long as the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Certain items (like earrings, underwear, cosmetics, or final sale items) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we'll cover the shipping. For personal reasons (change of mind, size, etc.), the customer covers the cost.

Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes! We use minimal plastic and eco-friendly kraft packaging. Our goal is to balance cuteness with sustainability in every order.
