At Cutie Cove, your joy is our priority. If your "curated find" isn't sparking the delight you expected, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

  • United States & Australia: Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
  • United Kingdom & European Union: In accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period (from the day after the goods are received).
  • The cooling-off right does not apply to certain categories of goods listed below.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following categories:

  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., products with names, monograms, or special designs).
  • Perishable or time-sensitive goods (e.g., food, beverages, flowers).
  • Unsealed or used personal care and hygiene items, including but not limited to cosmetics, pierced jewelry (e.g., earrings), hair accessories, underwear, socks, earphones, and intimate apparel.
  • Digital content, subscriptions, and virtual goods.
  • Sale, clearance, and seasonal promotion items (Final Sale).
  • Products where only outer packaging is damaged during shipping but the item remains intact.
  • Note on Color: Since we curate vibrant, dopamine-fueled colors, please note that slight color variations due to monitor settings or lighting are not considered product defects.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to product defects, wrong item delivered, or the product itself is damaged/unusable → We will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or a full refund.
  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size, change of mind, personal preference) → Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
    A valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or payment record) must be provided.
  • Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Note: Original shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable for returns due to personal reasons or change of mind.

6. Special Notes

  • For UK and EU customers purchasing digital products or subscriptions: by choosing to download, activate, or use the service immediately, you explicitly agree to waive your 14-day cooling-off right.
  • This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws in the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.
  • In case of disputes, we aim to resolve the matter fairly and reasonably in accordance with consumer law.

7. Authorized Return Address

Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the sender's address on the original shipping label. You must contact our customer service team first to receive the authorized return address. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong location.

8. Order Cancellations

As we process orders within 24 hours to ensure fast delivery, cancellation requests are only accepted within 6 hours of purchase.
