1. What is the Cutie Club?
The Cutie Club is Cutie Cove’s official loyalty program. Members earn points for purchases, social follows, birthdays, referrals and more — then redeem those points for discounts at checkout.
2. How do I earn points?
• 1 point for every $1 spent.
• 300 points just for joining the Cutie Club (welcome bonus).
• 200 points on your birthday — make sure your DOB is added to your account.
• 100 points for following us on Instagram.
• 100 points for following us on TikTok.

3. How can I redeem my points?
• 100 points = $5 off at checkout.
• You can apply up to $25 off per order using points.
• Important: Points or rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotional coupons.

4. How does the referral program work?
Share your unique referral link from your account. When your friend places an order of $100 or more, both you and the referred friend will receive a $10 coupon to use on your next qualifying purchase.
5. Do my points expire?
Points remain active as long as you make at least one purchase within 12 months. If your account is inactive for more than 12 months, unused points will expire.
6. When are my points added to my account?
Purchase points are awarded after your order is confirmed. Bonus points (welcome, birthday, follows, referrals) are usually added instantly. If you don’t see them after 24 hours, please contact support.
7. I followed you on social but didn't receive points — what should I do?
Make sure you're logged into your Cutie Cove account and clicked the follow link/button from within your rewards dashboard (this helps us verify the action). If points are still missing after 24 hours, email service@cutiecove.store.
8. How can I check my Cutie Club balance?
Log in to your Cutie Cove account and click the "My Rewards" or "Cutie Club" tab to view your available points, rewards, and referral link.
9. Can I use points together with other discounts?
No — points / rewards cannot be used simultaneously with other promotional discount codes. If you attempt to combine them, the checkout will apply the single best-available discount.
